Our human resource’s philosophy is based on the freedom-responsibility-equity.
Each individual is free to manage their career as they see fit, set their own objectives, accomplish them at their own pace, or choose not to accomplish them at all.
With freedom comes responsibility. While the organization defines the conditions for optimal development and open social dialogue, it is up to each individual to carve their own path, define the pace at which they pursue their career, and reap what they sow.
Each individual is rewarded based on the risks they take, the initiatives they undertake, and the perseverance with which they support and sell their ideas to the company in order to create value. We have understood that there are only three ways to create wealth: work, knowledge, and self-confidence.
The principles of experience and collegiality play an important role in the daily application of this triptych:
It is the sum of past mistakes. We consider the mistakes made by our employees or executives as formative experiences that can make them wiser. However, repeated mistakes become faults and harm the common interest.
